What data is collected can be seen in the respective input forms. We use the data you provide for order processing and to process your inquiries. After complete processing of the contract or deletion of your customer account, your data will be blocked for further use and will be deleted after expiration of the tax and commercial storage periods, unless you have expressly agreed to further use of your data or we reserve ourselves an additional data use which Is legally permitted and for which we obtain your immediate and express permission. The deletion of your customer account is possible at any time and can either be done by means of a message to the contact option described below or by means of a function provided for this purpose in the customer account. 

Data transfer to contract fulfillment

In order to complete the contract, we will pass on your data to the shipping company commissioned with the delivery, as far as this is necessary for the delivery of ordered goods. In order to process payments, we will pass on the necessary payment data to the credit institution commissioned with the payment and, if applicable, payment service providers commissioned by us, or to the payment service selected by you in the ordering process.

Data usage for e-mail advertising without newsletter registration and your right of objection

If we receive your e-mail address in connection with the sale of a product or service and you have not objected to it, we reserve the right to send you regular offers on similar products, such as the one already bought, from our product range by e-mail. You may object to this use of your e-mail address at any time by sending a message to the contact option described below or via a link provided in the advertising e-mail without incurring charges other than the transmission costs at the base price.
